Question Is my XFX RX 570 being bottlenecked ?

Hey, i recently bought a XFX RX 570 RS XXX BLACK EDITION, but i have a problem with it
On tests like furmark and unigine ( they only use gpu ) i get around +70-80 framerate ( on furmark, unigine higher i think ) and thats veriy high for my cart ( i flashed gpu bios to default and not overclocked the gpu ) and in furmark i get 4500 score
But the problem is when i start games like gta 5 and fortnite, i get like 30 fps on low and high and my cpu usage is fullly 100%, gpu is 20-30% and gpu temp is up to maximum 45c
My cpu is Pentium G850 2.90ghz

I want to know if it's only due to bottleneck or my gpu has a problem ?

Your cpu is a massive bottleneck in any and all games
what is your entire system spec?

even with prebuilt machines this is a drop in part

30 usd can be found on ebay and will make you able to enjoy gaming

I hope youve got at least 8GB of ram

with this extra 30 bucks you can fully utilize your new gpu and enjoy it... though you will likely need a new cooler, they can be found cheap or at a electronics recycler

So if i upgrade my cpu to anythingblike i7 3770k it will get over 60 fps on games like gta 5 ? ( i see this framerates on youtube videos with rx 570 )

RAM: 8GB (2x 4gb) Samsung ddr3
PSU: Green ( its a very high quality brand made only in my country ) 600Watt Bronze 80 Plus
120 GB SSD And 1tb Western HDD

Okay so its not a gpu problem ? ( benchmark softwares fps is very good, only on high cpu usage game this will happen like gta 5)

Hey, i have a question
is PassMark 3d Benchmarks only GPU Based or Cpu Based too ?

when i run passmark gpu benchmarks i get a close score to GTX 1650 but not above that,
gpu usage maximum gets 45%
and cpu is on 80-95%

is it just bottleneck or my graphic card has issue ?
