Question Is my ZOTAC RTX 2060 overheating?

im getting around 82c, on most games, Overwatch, Apex Legends, Fortnite. i have 6 fans in my case 1200 RPM, the 3 front once i added a "dust filter mesh" on the back of the, cause on the front of the fans theyd just hide the rgb on them. is this normal or is my dust mesh blocking inflow, the top 2 and 1 rear fans are always really hot to the touch btw

No dust filters don’t really effect temperatures. You shouldn’t be really worried. Temperatures might go lower if you change the termal paste, it’s usually the reason. Critical temperatures for rtx gpus are 95C.
