[SOLVED] Is NAS the best way to store 30+ years of files from different OS?

Hi, I have 30+ years worth of files from Windows, Linux, UNIX and Mac stored in different drives. In case I want all of them to be at one place and be accessible from any of my own device (e.g. Windows desktop, Windows laptop, MacBook Pro, iPhone and ipad) either at home or somewhere in the world with internet access, is NAS rather than a high capacity SSD my best bet? Note that regardless of the OS, I also want to keep the original creation dates of files and folders intact after the copying.

Over the years, I have about 8-10 hard drives dead for no recent. In this case, is it better to get a NAS with SSD or 2 hard drives?

QNAP, Synology, Thecus.

My 4 bay QNAP has a 480GB SSD for the system, and 3x 8TB drives for data.
Attatched to that is a 4 bay QNAP USB external, with 4x4TB HDD
Also, a 4 bay USB Mediasonic box I had around. 3x3TB and 1x2TB.

51TB total.

Simple, stable, low power consumption.
