Is newegg a reliable site? Should I buy from them?

Just wondering, because I see good reviews, and I see bad reviews.... I've already ordered a few things from them, and it all came in great. I'm worried about buying my GPU from them though. I'm buying a $350 GTX 970.

Yes they are trustworthy.
But sites like amazon can sometimes offer a better warranty and often faster and more reliable shipping times.

Newegg is by no means "un-safe", I buy from them quite often.

I have ordered probably 5000 dollars worth of stuff from newegg over the years, i think there great definitely trustworthy there RMA process was very easy and they usually ship pretty quick.

I used to buy most of my stuff from them, but what made me change is the policy of after you buy something, they send you a email with a "oh by the way, what you just bought now has a 50% drop in price". This very thing pissed me off because it was happening everytime I bought something. I buy all my stuff at amazon now, with prime and get it in 2 days or earlier free shipping.

Of course safe ,every site has good reviews or bad reviews .But before buying stuff on these sites ,need to do more comparison .
