Is Newegg.com preffered account like PayPal Credit ?

I was about to checkout a MSI Sli Krait and a Corsair Vengeance 8gb for my build for $184.09 until I saw a banner on the shopping cart saying New Newegg preferred account customers: get $30 off $150 so if I use this so in total my order will be $154.09 but Iwant to know will this be like PayPal credit where I buy something and I just have to pay before the date of payment ? Its just another store credit card, just like sears, or kohls, or best buy, or home depot.

Anyone who uses credit responsibly would not open up another line of credit for only $30 savings.
