better, intel suggests a 130W TDP cooling solution, and that'll be the minimum, you'll generally not find TDPs on cooling solutions, but don't skimp on it.

you need better. nh15 would be best.

Ignore the OC potential, just use that to understand if they can do just over 95W or a lot over 95W.
