I've got a non branded 450w PSU called suntech PSU,will it be able to run r9 270x/r9 280x,is the PSU enough for these, and the (used 100$-120$)r9 270x/280x /Ryzen 3 3200g(used 100$+2 yrs warranty) Which will be good for productivity and gaming for now, you know, right now I can't really buy a 1200$ gfx card paired rig,so which one of these will be good for me,

R9 270x/280x, i3 9100f ,8gb ram, decent motherboard,1tb HDD, 450w suntech psu

Ryzen 3200g, 2*8gb 3200mhz ram, decent motherboard, Suntech psu-450w, 1tb HDD

Except for PSU, HDD(as I already have these),this costs around 260$-290$
