i thought the gpu always run hotter than cpu but they both run at the same temperature

should i buy a better cooler?

If 75°C is that highest temp while gaming, that is fine, and you should not worry about it.

That sounds right for the stock cooler, you shouldn't have any issues with throttling until you reach in the '80s though. If you are uncomfortable with the temps you can change the fan profiles or repace the cooler, just about anything on the market will lower that by 10 degrees.
