Well, is it?

http://forums.nvidia.com/lofiversion/index.php?t50215.html

Iv heard RivaTuner is a good alternative, is it any good?

Edit: Got RivaTuner to have a look, followed by reading this guide http://home.comcast.net/~msl2/RivaTuner.htm .

Now i followed the instructions and got to this part, and behold, the fan tab is missing!

Is this some sort of common problem that my total inexperience with RivaTuner couldn't find?

Hope it is :) .

Guess it cant be adjusted than, thanks man.

Btw, what kind of image distortion is used to tell whats wrong with your graphic card? If i increase my core clock by 30, 3dMark starts to give image distortion, like shadows appearing as huge blocks instead of the normal shadow (say if the object is a tree, its shadow will be this huge block covering half the screen). Setting down the clock gives back the normal shadows, so does this mean that the graphic card cant take that much, or is it overheating?
