is nvidia 960 m ddr5 fit in lenova a740

I have nvidia 840 a in my lenova a740 which is not good to play games so i want to change it but I have problem that nvidia 960 m fit in it or not

Hi,

I didn't see any forums or support sites that support any claim that you can upgrade the GPU of your laptop. You can upgrade the RAM and HDD to a SSD but other than that the GPU cannot be upgraded.

You cannot upgrade the GPU in the Lenovo A740. The nVidia GT 840m is soldered into the motherboard.

If you want a computer that will allow you to upgrade the CPU or GPU, then I recommend you buy a traditional desktop PC rather than an All-in-One PC.
