Is nvidia geforce gtx 1060 3gb good or sapphire rx460 4gb ddr5 good... So, which one is better... Help. Need to buy one

The 460 and 1060 are no where near each other in performance. The 460 is the low end gaming card while the 1060 is a mid-range card.

That being said, the 480 4gb is a better option than the 1060 3gb, but if you can find it at the right price(equal price to the 480 8gb), the 1060 6gb is better than the 480 8gb. It can be confusing, but the 1060 6gb and 3gb are more different than just the amount of VRAM.

An RX 480 4gb is an the best price ratio card out there, however, at 200$ only.

I am an owner of a EVGA FTW 1080 GTX and I am not impress by that card. My initial unit failed in less than 2 months. There is numerous display problems at 4k resolution and Windows 10 instability is not helping either. it is a nightmare I was not dealing with my 290x in CF.

Not to mention numerous crash if I don't use the Nvidia experience program to launch my games or when I close a game application. The whole joke about AMD drivers to be worst is just a stupid fanboy argument. I never had so much problems with a card that I know is related to its architecture and not the brand of the supplier.

If Vega is 20% faster, I am getting rid of my 1080 GTX.

Sapphire rx460 4gb ddr5 will play games at 1080p, but sometimes at medium-low settings... But can save you money.

It you want 1080p on all games at max game settings go for either the rx480 or gtx1060.

Agree with you about the rx480 4 GB. Maximum PC magazine November 2016 issue tested top 10 cards for price/performance and the rx480 4 GB won hands down. AMD has winner on their hands.

The 1060 3gb and RX 480 4gb are pretty much equal in most games. However, the 480 pulls ahead in newer games that use DX12 or Vulcan. So, I recommend the 480 4gb over the 1060 3gb.
