Is nVidia Tesla good for penetration-testing?

Are nVidia Teslas better in cracking passwords than nVidia geforce cards? And i know what you're gonna say "Just use AMD cards they're way better than nVidia's". Right? Yup. I'm using them right now. But anyways, has anyone here ever tried nvidia tesla for these kind of applications?

Well, the tesla cards are fast, and would beat any consumer oriented graphics card. But they are also 5 to 10 times, or more the money. And you would most likely need to write the code yourself to do that.

Any ideas on how fast it is? Any benchmarks? Say, the K40 and the K80?
