I was reading the manual and I have no idea what the jedec or other terms are. I already ordered the RAM because I could of sworn it would work because the speed is compatible. Can someone let me know if the RAM I ordered will work with this mobo? CPU is Ryzen 7 3700x

There is a kit listed on the MB QVL. They are OLOy WarHawk RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) The P/N is:
MD4U083216BEDA which have been tested. They have a Cas Latency of 16 so should work well with your MB.

3200MHz OC RAM are above the JDEC standard so you will have to manually enter the SPD values in Bios for them to reach their rated frequency.

Ensure you have your Bios and chipset updated.
Details matter:

You will need to read the motherboard's manual and (most likely) visit the motherboard's manufacturer's website to obtain more/ up-to-date information.

For example the applicable RAM QVL (Qualified Vendor's List).

Read all caveats and fine print.

Is OLOy on the QVL?

Go to OLOy's website and doublecheck if the purchased RAM is indeed compatible with your motherboard.
