So I have ordered a Gigabyte B450m DS3h and it only comes with 1 cpu fan header and 1 case fan header. My case, the cougar mx330 comes with one case fan and I was wondering if one case fan is enough for a gaming pc (ryzen 5 2600 and gtx 1660). I do not plan to overclock anything. If it is not enough, would it be safe to use a splitter for my current motherboard? I would rather not purchase another motherboard.

Solution
It could be enough, depends on temps. Once built game for a few hours and monitor temps, as long as the CPU/GPU stay within safe limits (under 80C) then it'll be fine.
