I've been wanting to check out the new warzone gamemode on MW and I preferably want to get 120 fps (since I have a 120hz monitor). But my fps bounces between 70 and 90, and it won't get better if I put everything to low. I know I don't have the best GPU or CPU (GTX 970 & i7 4770K) and it's kinda outdated, but I was curious as to why my fps won't change when I put my settings as low as possible. I'm not near my pc atm, but I remember my gpu and cpu usage both being at least above 70% in task manager. I've read that if my fps doesn't change when I use lower settings that it may be a bottleneck issue. If it is, what do you advise me to do or suggest me to replace first? (since I don't wanna spend more than 500 bucks) Thanks in advance :^)
