Question Is one of my components causing this recurring crash?

Hi all,

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOz7U9-KZJM&feature=youtu.be

I have had this crash occur consistently on my self-built PC for the last 2 or 3 years, and I can't get to the bottom of it. I desperately want to know what the culprit is so I can try fixing it.

Attached is a video clip of what happens. There doesn't seem to be any direct trigger to this but it does seem to occur most often when I have several programmes open at once like Spotify/Premiere Pro/Photoshop/Chrome. I feel my PC should be able to deal with that easily considering the spec.

I'm sure it is a problem with the PC itself rather than a display issue as I have fiddled around with the cables & monitors during one of these occurrences several times. The PC loses all functionality and requires a hard reboot.

All the latest drivers are installed.

I am losing saved work etc. and it is just generally a nightmare.

The build is:

Corsair CC-9011084-WW Carbide Series SPEC-ALPHA
(Windows 10)

MB - ASUS Z170-P
CPU - Intel i7 6700k @ 4GHz
RAM - 16GB HyperX Fury RAM (2x8)
GPU - GeForce GTX 750Ti
PSU - Corsair CXM 750W Semi Modular Bronze
SSD - HyperX Fury 480GB
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 2TB

All help massively appreciated!

Cheers. I installed TechPowerUp and let it run a test for an hour. It didn't feed back any errors.
