Question Is overclocking Intel HD Graphics possible?

Yes you can OC igpu graphics. But take a moment to think. The igpu is part of the cpu, so any OC there is going to be a disruption to the cpu in general, raising voltages, heat, amperage, resistance, affects memory controller use, pcie bandwidth, all kinds of funky things.

So Intel strongly recommends you don't mess with the igpu, it's already setup for balanced operation with the rest of the cpu.

Imagine an 8cyl motor and you add nitrous to only 1 cylinder, you create all kinds of internal stress unnecessarily and the gains are simply not worth that kind of abuse.

Depends a lot on the motherboard, even with XTU from what I understand. If you have a nice consumer motherboard you can change the GPU voltage. If not, you can basically try increasing the GPU clock only.

If this is in a mobile system, be warned that temperatures may increase and cause pre-mature throttling.

Your best bet to improve the performance of integrated graphics:
a) Set up dual channel ram operation.
b) You should have an option to carve out more of your system ram for vram use.
c) Faster ram is better.
How do i carve out more of my system ram for vram use?

What are you trying to achieve? If for example you are getting 30fps and let’s say you increased performance by 10% by changing RAM settings or overclocking the be best you can hope for is now achieving 32-33 FPS which you are not going to notice.
