Is P35-DS3R compatible with the Geforce GTX 660?

I'm planning on getting into PC gaming so I want to upgrade my rig. I'm new to all of this, but I have a pretty basic understanding of the fundamentals. I was just wondering if my motherboard the P35-DS3R is compatible with the Geforce GTX 660?

Yes, they are compatible even your MB has the only pcie1.1 X16 because the NVidia GPU will work with the pcie1.1X16, if you have AMD HD GPU then you may need update the BIOS.
