[SOLVED] Is pairing a 3rd gen i5 with an rtx3060 a bad idea?

So I have had the idea to pair a 3rd gen i5(i5-3340) with a rtx 3060. ignoring the pirce of a rtx 3060, will this be a huge waste of performace? Or would an gtx 1660 be better? Also would be grate if the graphics card would remain good for the next 5 years, so thats why Im leaning toward the rtx card.

Also have a 600w Xilence power supply, wpuld that be enough for the system?

You completely can IF you can get RTX 3060 near MSRP price (400 USD) AND you plan to upgrade your computer in next 2 years. Technically they works together just fine.
