Is pairing i3 7100 (intel hd graphics 630) with asus Gforce GT 710 2GB is good idea?

I have Intel i3 3.9GHz kaby lake it have built in intel hd graphics 630

And I am planning to buy "
ASUS Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2GB"
OR
Gigabyte
Gigabyte 2GB
Gigabyte GV-N710D3-2GL REV2.0

Will overall performance increase or decrease?

I can't imagine the difference between the two would be significant at all-if i were you I'd save for a gpu worth a damn.

Intel HD 630 is much better than the GT 710. Do not buy the 710. Save for a 1050Ti or an RX 460/470.

What is your budget in hand to buy a new card? I might be able to help you. No way buy the GT 710, it's not meant for gaming, the i3 processor can itself run all games released before 2014 at minimum or 720p with anti-aliasing and v-sync disabled. Please buy a RX 460 or GTX 1050ti if you have the money, or else buy a 750Ti if you really want to play something, its good and major difference is 1050ti gives 20 frames higher than 750ti. I've heard lot of guys worried they can't buy GTX 1050ti, u neednt worry lots of cards are out there to get the job done
