Hello, I was trying to figure out what was producing coil-whine, so i rolled a paper and put my ear on my graphics card while working (turned on), and i accidentally bumped into it while trying to go down to the power supply! Did that touching made any sort of damage to the gpu

Paper will be a non-conductor. Green wood is a conductor, but not a very good one (moisture is a pretty big deal). It would be extremely unlikely that you caused any damage in this method. If any damage -- and it's probably remote -- if you hit something with the roll in just the right place just hard enough, you may damage something, but again I find that very unlikely.
