Looks good to me. The only difference between RAM is really frequency and the heatsink behind the modules. IT should work fine if it is DDR3 RAM. RAM is RAM, and it really doesn't make too much of a difference in performance if you got a $120 set 2x4 than a $70 set of 2x4.
Patriot in general have very good company practices but are often more expensive and behind the competition because of slow company practices. Like anoori9000 stated, it also depends on the specific module of ram.
Hello... Patriot don't make the memory chips behind the Heatsink... Samsung and Micron chips are my go to chips behind the Heatsinks. It is hard to tell what they use in their sticks, and they can change what they use without notice to their customers and Web page.
