Is pc better then ps4 pro

Solution
4k with everything on Low is what the Pro likely does, and only at 24-30fps.
Which may be possible with your setup.
Your system is definitely better at any 1080p gaming though.
One thing you have to understand about PC vs Console, sure graphics will be able to run, but I honestly don't think you will be able to run GTA V on 4K settings where the PS4 PRo can. Not to mention the PS4 has software designed for that hardware, so it's optimized to run on THAT particular hardware. Where as PC games have a broader spectrum.

To answer your question, I don't think so. Yes, I've seen videos where it "supposely" is better, but do you play CS:GO on console? No.

I would not even consider comparing my PC to my PS4 because it's two completely different platforms. I game on both, and I'm happy.

Are we talking on all games, or a game-by-game basis?

Well, the PS4 pro has an advantage for 4k, because of it's higher Vram, which is mainly the problem with running higher resolutions, is you need more memory to hold the data.
But lower resolution isn't as vram hungry, and the 1050ti will dominate at the 1080p.
But the 1050ti is also a vastly more powerful GPU compared to the incredibly old (even if it is customized) gpu in the PS4 pro.
The PS4 Pro is technically running a "crossfired" gpu setup as well, but because we don't have any real benchmarking software, all we can do is combine the specs of the GPUs it has to determine it's power, but as anyone who has ever crossfired knows, you don't get anywhere near double the power for having 2 gpus.
