Hi. On PcPartpicker i built a computer it is this http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ it says it's compatible but im just wondering ahould i trust it? And is it ok to buy my parts from their even though im in Canada? If there is anything wrong with my build please tell me.

PCpartpicker is usually dead on with their compatibility. Even so, that build will work.
For you, look into http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ That will give you Canadian prices and stores.
