Is PCPartPicker Reliable??

Also, will the video card, PSU, Motherboard, and CPU all work (plug-in) to each other correctly? I've been reading about like PCI express but idk if they are the same ports and stuff

The sound chipset or "card" is a Realtek ALC892, 8 channels (7.1). It's pretty good sound for onboard sound; it is on my MoBo too.
And, Yes it should all work well with out conflicts.
