is pentium g4400 a good option for a budget gaming pc.

i am planning on buying a new budget gaming pc. so, i was planning to get the pentium g4560 but i couldn't get it due to short availability. the thing i need to know now is that will my pc be able to run the new AAA games at a descent FPS ?
my pc specs are:
pentium g4400 processor
rx460 2gb gpu
8gb ddr4 RAM
1Tb HDD
corsair PSU+cabinet

I was about to suggest a G4560 before I saw the full thread, nevermind that, G4400 will do the job for 1080p medium gaming, nice PC.

I doubt it, they are more rare than the G4560.

I wouldn't go any lower than an HT Pentium. The two extra threads will help keep background threads from generating easily avoidable extra context switches for the main threads. That helps a fair bit with reducing FPS dips.
