Is possible to create an image that contains 2 partitions?

I want to deploy Windows 7 but in my work we use two partitions and i both we install applications so appart from creating an image with just C: I want it to contain C: and D:, but I'm not sure if that is possible.

Any decent backup software should allow you to image an entire drive.

But I forgot to tell that I have to use Microsoft tools for this deployment, like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2010 (MDT 2010) and Automated Installation Kit (AIK), so I need to know if this tools can do that.

Sorry, I have no experience with those tools. I would think their web sites would post this info in their FAQ's or data sheets.

If this for a standard pc range say for example Dell GX755, what you need to do is create a custom W7 wim.
