Question is possible to play cyberpunk 2077 on my laptop?

Hi, is possible to play cyberpunk 2077 on my laptop? I mean on low setting.... with normal fps,not with fps lag..

32 GB RAM DDR4
GeForce GTX 960M 4GB GDDR5 - i Overclocked it to maximum !!, with 70-75 max temptatures when i gaming, its not bad...
SSD 500GB
2TB HDD
WIndows 10 64bit
