Is Power supply enough for my PC?

Im building a pc and the specs will be below. i need to know if i have enough power to run the pc. with and without overclock.

240 gb instead of 120
corsair hydro series h100i v2 extreme performance liquid cooler instead of cooler master hyper 212 evo

I also need to whether or not I can refund my opened 650W+ PSU i bought from Amazon. I had insurance on it.

Yes that 650w is still plenty of power to run your specs.

Sometimes Amazon lets you return , if you can get the G2 or GS series , quality is vastly better than the NEX G series.
