Is this power supply enough to power it all? the GPU needs plugged in all so

Usually the power supply's that come with cases are total junk to the point of being unsafe. The one in your case is model no. DR-8500BTX and a quick google search told me its likely junk. 500watts is enough for that system, but I would not be comfortable using that thing in my system.

Its a low end PSU but the system should still boot.

I wouldn't do that. Those integrated PSUs are not realiable and could end up fraying more than themselver.
