Sorry all for the delay. So I've chosen:
I5 4460
Asrock B85M-Pro4
Kingston Hyperx Fury
R9 290 tri x oc
Hdd - Wd 1tb blue
and I still dont know about the Optical drive but it will be something cheap.

620w should be fine, tweaktown tested that CPU and got a max draw of 442w for the complete system
