is purevpn good option?

i now have nordvpn but it has some shortage such as split tunneling and ping time test feature
i looking up for second and backup vpn
before i use pia but some server like as turkey is down for me
purevpn relative to price has more features for me but i read it kept some logs and I'm worried for my privacy with this issue
what is your opinion?

PureVPN admitted itself that it keeps your IP history (when you used the service - time logs etc), many don't - but it doesn't log actual user activity. Whether you consider that to be sensitive is up to you. But it certainly isn't a true "No Log" VPN.

The main purpose of VPN is reliable encryption of communication and a hidden IP address. PureVPN did not deliver. Never ever again. I switched to Psiphon works just fine. It is fast and not a single drop of connection occurred in three days. Looks good so far.
