Hello i want to upgrade my cpu from e8600 3.33ghz to q6700 quad qore Is q6700 quad Qore compatible with g33m02 motherboard ?

Do i need to update bios my bios version is(1.0.18)

Possibly, unfortunately the CPU support list doesn't list what version of the BIOS is required.

Beacause when I installed the quad qore cpu in my pc and turned it on all the lights and fans were turned on and the fans were spinning very fast and noisy but nothing appeard on screen

Hmm, try the BIOS update with your original CPU. I would get you the link but for whatever the reason the Foxconn website isn't working for me.

Maybe the cpu is dead
