I have a Lenovo IdeaCentre Y700 - 34ISH.
I'm about to install Linux and I'm instructed to disable fast boot in the UEFI settings.
I tried to look everywhere but I was only able to find a "Quick Boot" option with the help message "Select "Enable" to enable quick boot and obtain the fastest boot time. Select "Disabled" to provide more time to display the logo screen."
I tried searching about this online but I didn't find anything useful.

As lolnole said Quick Boot was the same as fast boot. It was on by default and I entered BIOS with Windows' "Advanced Startup".
After I turned it off I was able to enter BIOS by just repeatedly pressing F1.
