is radeon 7670m rady for ghosts?

hello everyone.i got my laptop of 8gb ram,1 tb hard disk,radeon 7670m.hp pavilion g6 2237tx.i want to know whethere it can handle the call of duty ghosts or not.please tell or else i will borrow a pc from my girlfriend her pc which has best performance!

i've tried it, and the fps is 20-25 at 1336*768 (Low Without AA)
