Is radeon hd 6570 a good graphic card for playing games in ultra settings?

I currently have the radeon hd 6570 gpu and am planning to upgrade my pc to i5 cpu with 8 gb ram. Does that makes my pc an ultimate gaming rig?

Not even close with the HD 6570. Unless you game on very low resolution and/or are happy with very reduced settings.
