I have received the following message two days before on start up

"After setting up Intel Optane Memory or the RAID configuration was built, SATA mode selection must be changed to RAID mode to avoid unknown issues"

It seems that my BIOS is updated somehow through Intel Rapid storage technology .I am already running Windows 10 64 bit and so far system is running smoothly. So if I choose to change the settings to RAID in the bios, there is a possibility that my SSD data might be erased, So how important is to switch the SATA interface to RIAD, How critical is this issue?

Is it necessary ?
