Question Is RAM bottlenecking my GPU?

I noticed while playing Battlefield 1 that my GPU usage doesn't get to 100%, it's always around 80% - 95% (sometimes it gets to 100% but for short amounts of time). Will my 8gb of RAM be causing this issue? Or is it just the game?

Its more likely the game, though it might be caused by your 3D settings in NVIDIA control panel. Find Battlefield 1 in the manage 3D settings tab and see what it says for the power managment mode.
