Hey.
I have a problem with performance of my almost brand new PC.
ASRock H310M (supports to 2666MHz DDR4)
i3-9100f 3.5GHz
Asus RX 580 4GB (OC)
GoodRam 8GB DDR4 2400MHz (Single channel!)
Crucial MX500 256GB
some kind of Sandisk 256GB SSD
Windows 10 Pro

So basically comparing to YouTube's game benchmarks my PC is underperforming at about 20% (ofc I mean frames per second)
Software is fresh installed. Disks are quite clean. What's the problem? Is RAM causing this?

It would do you well to buy another 8 gbs of RAM. Just because the game claims 8 gbs meets the minimum system requirements, doesn't mean you should take it seriously. 16 gbs is the true minimum the way I see it, and you should always get more than what is "recommended" for anything.

Single channel RAM does have a material impact on gaming performance.

^^This, you're essentially cutting your memory bandwidth in half. It kills performance so badly that no one bothers to benchmark single-channel RAM configurations anymore.

Also, 8GB isn't that much anymore; 64-bit titles will happily eat all that up in minutes. 16GB is fast becoming mandatory. Get a pair of matched 8GB sticks and that should greatly help things out.

Careful though, adding 8GB is not guaranteed to work. It is best to buy RAM in matched kits, for example 2x8gb. Mixing RAM bought separately even if same make and model can have issues.
I was just thinking about it. I couldn't find any 100% similar GOODRAM Ram. The only difference is that the one I ordered today is 2400MHz (my first ram stick is 2133MHz overclocked to 2400MHz on 1.2V)

I fully agree with this. RAM's used to be a little bit more expensive, nowadays the price of 16GB is fine (I ordered second ram stick for 130PLN = about 34$, 30€)
