IS ram compatable or can I adjust it in bios to work

I have a p9x79 Deluxe mother board
I hav GSkill F3 19200 CL 64GB ram
I have no idea what to do in the bios except
select XMP

just save settings??I just plug them in and now I found ouy I need to adjust them
It keep for lack of a better explanation freeze the computer where it wont recognize the SDD
