Yes they will, they are both DDR2, zero issues.

Will work without problems, just plug them in the intel's mobo just like you used to do with the amd's mobo.

So i'm at doubt whether it will or not work. I'd chose another RAM stick just to be doubly sure. Sorry for my hasty first answer.
