I am thinking of buying the razer deathadder. I need a gaming mouse and its in my budget (60 bucks) from amazon. If anyone owns it tell me your opinion. Is it worth it?

Solution
I have a Right handed Razer Death Adder. You can change the sensitivity to what you want with the Razer synapse 2.0 software you download for it. I use the 2 extra buttons as reload or melee buttons in First person shooters most times. And in MMOs like ToR or WoW the extra two mouse buttons ended up being macroed to spells 6 and 7, and the middle mouse was 5.
I think it is worth it for the first gaming mouse. But just make sure you use a mouse pad, for some reason my Death Adder twitches out sometimes all on its own and moves by itself. I think its the imperfect wood surface I am using it on though.

Is it the best mouse? I don't know, it depends how many buttons you need for the games or programs you are playing and using.

If I had to buy one again, I would would take a hard look at a similar Corsair mouse and compare it to the Death Adder.

Last thing I can think of is if you have bigger hands like I do, the Death Adder will fill your hand well.

I think that for your budget the razer deathadder is a good mouse. However, there are slightly better mice in your price range which have better reviews. You might want to check them out too

I owned a deathadder for a few months before i sold it to a friend and upgraded to a Roccat Kone. Deathadder was a good mouse and i enjoyed using it however, there is much better mice for just a little bit more $
