Is reactor 1.4 compatible with vista

hi guys,
i am trying to run reactor1.4 exe file but it's not working. I have got windows vista on my laptop. can someone give me the solution to this problem.

try running as administrator and using compatibility mode with windows xp

Thanks, I tried it but i guess it will not work with vista.
