[SOLVED] Is Reddragon mouse software safe ?

I was wondering if the m711 mouse software from https://redragonshop.com/pages/software was safe. Scanned on virustotal but still paranoid about it. Unfortunately I already launched it so I was wondering if i am in the clear.

Is there some particular thing happening that is causing your concern(s)?

Run Windows Defender/Windows Security.

Run Malwarebytes (free) as a one time scan.

If there are no problems and the scans are negative for viruses and malware then all should be well.

Just keep Windows Security running.

Thanks for the tip! I ran a scan with malwarrbytes and nothing was detected. Maybe I'm overthinking this. Also, as far as I can tell, there are not visible problems with the pc.

It's fine.
I have a redragon mouse and keyboard. I used the software to set the mouse up how I wanted it and then uninstalled the software. Luckily, settings are saved on the mouse so you don't need to keep the software installed or running.

It should be safe. The link that you mentioned is from the official site. However, to make sure scan it through a malware software to eliminate any insecurities that you might have.
