Is refreshing bad f5?

I made a command that auto presses f5 which refreshes a certain page so i can get views will refreshing for a long time bad?

Depending on the site, and how often you refresh the same page over and over, it may be viewed as a DOS attack and get you banned. Might want to ask the site owner before deploying.

Refreshing the page to artificially raise your page views is certainly bad practice, in any case.
