Rosewill is decent, except for ones like that, that are not even 80+ certified. If it isn't 80+ certified, you may as well be using a car battery for a power supply.

Some of the more expensive Rosewills fall into the "not bad" category. But like the early CoolerMaster PSU's, most of them are one step above junk. I don't trust them and I won't consider using them in a build.
