[SOLVED] is rtx 2070 super future proof?

i want to buy this card for my new build . but i have conclusion about the card. will it run 1080p 60 fps on ultra settings for next 3-4 years?
Or should i wait for next gen rtx cards?
Specs:
cpe: AMD ryzen 7 3700X
mobo: Asus rog strix x570 f
ram: G.skill trident z rgb (8*2)
PSU: Cooler Master MWE 750 watt

Since there is no way to know game requirements in the future, the answer is "maybe". It will run games for 4 years. At Ultra at full 60fps, who knows.

Crystal ball question but the 2070S is a very good gpu. It should last a few years at 1080p with solid framerates.

2070s can even handle 1440p just fine. for 1080p gaming you can easily pair the GPU with high refresh rates monitors. if you're limiting your options to 60FPS then it should last your for quite sometime. i get my GTX970 back in late 2015. even now in 2019 i can still pretty much can play at high or even very high setting and still maintaining playable frame rates.
