Question Is RTX4090FE possible to damage the RAM?

Hey everyone, recently I have heard that some one in a Chinese website said that his RTX4090FE damaged his ram. It is all because one fan of the graphic blows the heat straight away to the ram slots. With the the time goes on, the thermal pad between the memory chips and the heatsink gets loose, eventually damaged the ram. However, he did not show any picutures or any other solid evidence because he said that in his replying to some one else's post.
So I was wondering, is this common? Any one of you heard this before?
