Solution
Your monitor https://www1.la.dell.com/mx/es/corp/Periféricos-Dell/dell-s2240l/pd.aspx?refid=dell-s2240l&s=corp, seems to have HDMI and VGA input connectors, so it should be good to plug the RX 560 you linked.

But yeah, the PSU wont be enough.

I would suggest you pick a known brand PSU (CORSAIR, EVGA, Seasonic, etc), 80+ Bronze with at least 450 ~ 550 Watts

For example:
PCPartPicker Part List

Power Supply: Corsair CXM 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $44.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I absolutely would not try with this power supply. The Zebronics power supply listed here is only actually a 180W for all intents and purposes (that's the available +12V power, which is what matters since this isn't 1998). And this company is not known for selling power supplies of any kind of quality.

Any discrete GPU that's capable of gaming is going to need to be paired with a higher quality power supply.
