Question Is Rx 580 8gb enough for 2019 ?

I have a 1ms 1080p gaming monitor 75hz

is rx 580 enough to play games in 1080p 75hz in 2019
i will update the card next year to 1660ti or if some better card came .

rest of pc specs
i5 8500
16gb ram
512gb ssd

Rx 580 8 Gb is more than enough for 1080p gaming in 2019 and beyond. It will last for next 2 years if you are using a freesync monitor with your current spec. Rx 580 works wonders on Dx 12 games (Dx 12 games are the future) while Nvidia struggles when Dx 12 is enabled. But a 1660 ti is obviously a better card than the Rx 580 atm.

For 1080p@75Hz, easily. The GTX 1660 Ti is not enough of an upgrade at that resolution and framerate, I'd indeed wait for an even better card. Keep the RX 580 8GB for a while.

I own a RX 580 4gb gaming on a 2560x1080P/75hz monitor and have been playing newer games without issues on med to high settings. If your in the US and can find one for under $180 then it's a good buy but for around $200 your better off with the GTX 1660 6gb.
